Answers to what you can expect, what is required, and how payment and access are handled.
What should I expect from the live sessions?
Each session lasts 75 minutes and covers one topic from the list. A financial planner explains the material and answers questions from the group. You will leave with a checklist for that topic.
Who is this course not for?
If you are looking for investment recommendations or individual portfolio analysis, this course does not provide those. We explain how accounts and tools work; we do not advise which specific investments to choose.
What is included in the Full Course plan?
Six live sessions with a financial planner, access to session recordings for 90 days, downloadable checklists for each topic, and a certificate of attendance issued by Moneymap Edu.
What do I need to participate?
A computer or tablet with internet access and a notebook for your own notes. Sessions are held via video meeting; you will receive a link after you register.
How does payment work?
After you write through the contact form, payment is arranged as a one-time charge for the plan you requested. You will receive an invoice by e-mail.
What is the refund policy?
To cancel, write through the contact form. Full refund if you cancel at least seven days before the first session; after that, a prorated refund for sessions not yet held. Refunds are processed to the same payment method within 10 business days.
When do groups start?
Groups form throughout the year. Start dates are agreed by writing through the contact form; we reply within two business days.
How long can I access the recordings?
Session recordings are available for 90 days from the date of each session. You can watch them as many times as you like during that period.
Does this replace professional advice?
No. Moneymap Edu does not provide accounting, tax, legal, medical or financial advice. Decisions in each case and their technical content belong to a qualified professional.
